I start every day with ~30oz of freshly juiced celery. It gives me a boost of energy and I believe it has strengthened my immune system. On days I feel particularly "down", I notice an immediate relief in symptoms.


Celery juice offers a host of nutritional benefits. From helping to calm heartburn to boosting your immune system, celery juice has been gaining popularity due to its numerous benefits and its reputation is well-deserved. Packed with essential nutrients and powerful antioxidants, this refreshing green juice offers a wide array of health benefits.

There are plenty of other fruits and vegetables to juice, however, I stick with just celery for simplicity. I get 6 large stalks, brew it all at once, drink half and store the other half for the next day. I don't save it past ~24 hours as I notice a difference in freshness. As someone who plans to maximize their ongoing health and longevity, I plan on celery juice being a staple in my daily regimen for the rest of my life.
