Do I Need To Take All Of These Supplements?


I am not a doctor, so take this as just my firsthand experience. I also know all too well that the costs of buying countless supplements can really add up!


From what I have heard from my doctors is that there are some of these supplements that are more valuable than others, depending on your current Long Covid symptoms. It seems like everyone I have met with who has Long Covid has different symptoms! With this in mind, ask your doctor which ones they would most recommend for you depending on your situation.


When I started my journey of Recovering from Long Covid - I started out with Bromelain, Vitamin C and Vitamin D. I quickly expanded to many more supplements, and I still am taking all of the supplements that I have mentioned on this site. Although I am taking quite a few pills, I have been told from 2 separate doctors that Nattokinase really is the most effective at Getting Over Long Covid.


We are all different, and different combinations may work for you better than they work for others. As for me, I stick to all of these as I am trying to tackle Long Covid from all angles!
