What If I Catch Covid Again?

"What happens if I catch Covid again?" was a question that I had asked my doctors all too often during my struggle with Long Covid. One doctor told me I wouldn't have to worry about that, another told me just to keep doing what I was doing with my current supplement regimen, and another told me to seek medical help immediately if I were to test positive for Covid.

Frankly, I didn't think I could catch Covid again while I was still struggling with Long Covid. Was I wrong. I caught it again a little over a year after the first bout with Covid. I followed the last doctor's advice - I sought medical help immediately.

I am not a doctor, so I will not speak as to what was prescribed to me, however, there are new medications that can help combat a current Covid Infection as well as help to lower the chance of it becoming a Long Covid again. My personal recommendation is that you need to place an immense amount of value on your personal health and wellbeing and make sure to go get tested and see a doctor right away if you catch Covid again - especially if you are experiencing Long Covid symptoms concurrently.

I can say that after the second bout with Covid my health quickly returned to how it was prior to the second infection. I believe the key to this was seeking medical attention immediately upon the symptoms arising, as well as sticking to my daily supplement regimen which I have described on here as well.

Play it safe! It is not worth your mental health to worry about this endlessly - but seeking medical treatment and staying on top of my supplements was what led me to a quick recovery.
