My Goals For This Website + Policy

My goal for this website is to share the knowledge that I have accumulated in my own personal struggle with Long Covid!

When I was first diagnosed, I did not know where to look. There wasn't much information online. On top of that, not much was scientifically tested, and nothing had really been proven to work. Such is the struggle with a novel disease.

I have never been one to sit around and wish for things to change. On days I felt well enough I spent my time searching online for what may work. I saw specialists and began to write down all that I had been doing that has helped. Now, when I look up current treatments for Long Covid, there seems to be countless articles online of what can help. I wanted to simplify this information for those of us who are suffering or know someone suffering from Long Covid so I put all of what I know on this website!

My health has improved dramatically - and I want to share the tools I used to help you recover too.

My ultimate goal is to share supplements and other health/fitness related items that have helped my body to recover. I will be using many of these items for the rest of my life. I want to expand this website to be a general health/fitness/wellness and longevity blog. I want to share what I have learned so I can help others!
