Magnesium: A Natural Supplement for Long Covid Recovery



Magnesium is an essential mineral that helps support the body’s various metabolic processes and provides a wide range of health benefits. My doctor recommended this to me not too long ago. Before this, falling asleep was tough! I had been taking Melatonin (I will go over this in another post), but adding Magnesium helped me with a few things.
